HealthFit is an iOS app for endurance athletes that analyzes workouts recorded with Apple Watch and stored in Apple Health. This policy explains what data HealthFit accesses, how it is used, where it is stored and who it is shared with.
The app is developed and published by Stéphane Lizeray, an independent developer based in France ("we"), who is the data controller. Contact: healthfit@altifondo.com.

HealthFit requests only the permissions needed for the features you use. You can revoke HealthKit access in the iOS Settings app at any time.
When you connect your Google account, HealthFit uses Google Sign-In with the following scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — create files in your Google Drive and access only the files HealthFit created or that you explicitly open with HealthFit. HealthFit cannot see any other files in your Drive.How Google data is used: solely to upload the workout files you export and to manage those files (for example avoiding duplicate uploads). The OAuth token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.
How Google data is shared: it is not shared with anyone. Google user data is never transferred to us, to third parties, to advertising platforms or data brokers, and is never used to train AI or machine-learning models.
Retention and deletion: HealthFit keeps no copy of your Google data on any server. You can disconnect your Google account inside HealthFit (which deletes the token from your device), or revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files already uploaded remain in your Drive until you delete them.
Limited Use disclosure: HealthFit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Health data read from Apple Health is processed on your device. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, never disclosed to third parties without your explicit action, and never stored in iCloud other than through Apple's own frameworks described below.
Features using Apple Intelligence run on-device through Apple's Foundation Models framework; no workout data is sent to us or to an external AI service.
We do not share, sell or rent your data. Data is transmitted to a third party only when you connect that service and ask HealthFit to send data to it (e.g. Google Drive, Strava, TrainingPeaks).
HealthFit contains no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous crash reports and App Store statistics if you have enabled sharing with developers in iOS settings.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details.
Under the GDPR and other applicable laws you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Because your data is stored on your device and in your own accounts, you can exercise most of these rights directly: delete the app, revoke permissions, or delete data in iCloud settings. For any request, contact support@altifondo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
HealthFit is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be announced in the app's release notes.
